Poor communication
I placed my order and then I was notified that the order was cancelled but not given a reason as to why. No communication or anything.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. Your statement is a little confusing, as you mention that you received a notification of the cancellation, however, you received 'no communication or anything'. I trust you understand that the notification that was sent to you is a communication about your order being unable to ship. We notified you within 24 hours of your placing the order that the item was unable to ship and a full refund was applied. If you need additional information, simply respond to that original communication/email we will be able to answer any questions you may have, if the refund notification email that states unable to ship/ refunded wasn't clear enough already.
