My wife and I have been clients of OCVH since 1976. We took our very first pup to them way back in 1976. We had raised 3 dogs separately during the course of those years till present time. All of them had the best care possible at OCVH. They were there for our dogs thru sickness, surgeries and whatever was needed to give our dogs the best quality of life possible. When it was time for the inevitable heartbreak due to sickness or old age of putting them down, the compassion felt towards our loss by the doctors was just wonderful. Because not only did our family feel the loss of our loved one, OCVH felt the loss too. That says a lot. We now have a new pup which is now our 4th dog and she is following the past footsteps of all our previous dogs and we are right back at OCVH. She is already a part of their family. Our "favorite two doctors" are Dr. Mitchell and Dr. Danowitz!! We continue to be in the "Best of Hands".

I brought my bird in to see Dr. martins who was sweet, knowledgeable and caring. I was pleased with all her suggestions and felt good when I left that I was doing the right thing.

I was with them for over 10 years for all of our cats and dog. A few years ago we moved and tried a closer vet. When my dog became ill no one knew what was wrong and I wasn't feeling confident with the other vet. Called Oceab County Vet after hours they not only spent a lot of time on phone they were able to schedule her the next am. Thank God for this office and the caring and knowledgeable staff. Our dog is now on her way to recovery and I have them to thank. I will never go to any other veterinary again! Thank You, Joanne Carr & Babygirl

I've been extremely pleased with all of the services my dogs have received. They were recommended by a friend who is very pleased as well. They also offer emergency care on the weekends. i also love the fact that they have a location that offers specialized services like x-rays and hospital services. The vets are knowledgeable, friendly and easily accessible.

Dr. Blair was so nice, she took great care of Sophia, I'll be back with my other cat very soon, and I'm definitely going to recommend my friends to bring their animals!

Ocean county vet is the best vet in the area. They are honest, compassionate & competent. Most vets I've encountered are more focused on selling unnecessary surgeries than your pets best interest. Ocean county vet will give you an honest opinion & have been the only vet to ever go under an estimate. They even offer payment plans because surgeries & procedures are expensive and this vet actually understands that. Other vets do not care about the pet if you can't pay. I love my animals & will never go to any other vet.

Dr. Danowitz was the doctor this visit. This was my first time meeting him & he was excellent! Very kind, thorough and positive which is very important to me since I have a senior cat.
