The Staff is great with the animals, the office is always clean. All of the Doctors that I have dealt with are genuine animal lovers, they explain everything to you in terms you can understand, they take their time. I bring all my aniamls to this office dogs and birds.

Great service, attentive care and good feedback when I ask how my pet was during his stay regarding boarding and good follow up when my pet (Peppy) has a health concern. I appreciate the staff's knowledge, courteous manner and quick follow up to questions, reminders or a need for additional information.

I thought my 13 1/2 year old lab would have to be put down. However, Dr. Lorri Mitchell asked me to try the medicine, and wait a few days. My dog has greatly improved now and I am very happy with the care Dr. Mitchell gave him. She even called 2X to see how he was progressing.

I have a cat who needs to be sedated for grooming. I am always very anxious about this, not just because of the idea of sedating him, but because he used to come home still very "loopy." This was very stressful for my cat and also, for me. This most recent time, I spoke to the doctor and she recommended a different sedation medicine, which worked out great! I was so happy, and so was my cat! In addition, I can't say enough about their groomer, Megan. She is just so friendly and you can tell that she enjoys her career very much.

We have 4 dogs..so we're at the vet alot! We did have 5 but sadly, had to let our Lexi go. Dr. Danowitz is literally the best vet I have EVER met! When we found OCVH in Lakewood we couldn't have been happier! The staff is awesome - they are all polite, caring, and efficient. All the veterinarians are great - but I have to be honest and say that Dr. Danowitz is phenomenal! He is patient, knowledgeable, kind, and funny! Even our dogs love him! Lol! He really helped me when we had to put one of our dogs down. I was a wreck...and he was so compassionate and ensured me that we did all we could to try to save her and we were making the right decision. Our dogs are part of our family. Top quality care for them is a must! OCVH delivers! It's so refreshing and reassuring to know that we have a place to turn to. THANK YOU, OCVH! You guys are ALL wonderful!!!
