The vets are great! They take time to listen and are genuinely concerned about the pet and take the time to listen to any concerns, etc. Staff is friendly and facility is clean. Love them!

I discovered that one of my rabbits had a nasty parasite called a cuterebra living inside her and causing an infectious opening in her side, with the black larvae visible through a hole the bug made in order to breathe. Of course this was extremely gross, but more importantly it was life threatening to my rabbit. After calling about 6 different vets nearby and finding no one who handled rabbits on staff, a friend of mine recommended the O.C. Vet. hospital in Point Pleasant. The staff were extremely accommodating, squeezing me into the last half hour of their day with a vet who would see a rabbit! Dr. Crawford, Mick (Vet. assistant) and Alyssa (Reception) were all very wonderful and thorough in each of their respective jobs. My rabbit was calm during the removal procedure and thankfully well on the mend with a course of antibiotics. Everyone explained what to do next in a calm manner and treated my animal and family with a touch of extra kindness. I definitely recommend this hospital to anyone in need of an excellent Vet.

Everything was great and thorough but when I called about a refund for services that I paid for but didn't have done they said a supervisor would get in touch with me....tomorrow will be a week I haven't heard from anyone.

Any time we go to OCVH we are always taken on time. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and the doctors are all great.

Took my parakeet here and saw Dr Gottlieb. He is very nice, attentive, knowledgable, and gave my bird a thorough check. Definitely would go back! The front desk staff were also very friendly!

Dr. Mitchell is the best. We try to always make an appointment with her. She has always diagnosed any of our pets correctly and her compassion for animals is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable. We have had appointments with other veterinarians at OCVH who also show how caring and knowledgeable they are. I would recommend OCVH to anyone that has a pet as part of their family, as that is the feeling we receive when visiting OCVH, family!

The office staff was friendly, it was professional and clean. The Doctor was very nice and my puppy was well cared for. I like that they have online health records available. I also like that the Toms River office is a part of a large animal hospital so I know all my dogs needs will be met regardless of how complex. I'm also impressed they have grooming and boarding :)

My 14yr. Old Black Lab has always had a great experience while being treated for his aging problems... His quality of life has been enhanced because of the professional care given to him in his routine visits... The friendly reminders enables me to make sure his shots and health care are always provided for... Thank you for keeping my "Best Friend" to live out a Quaity Life...
