I have 2 bikinis from here and I love both! So different and lovely quality. I don’t understand the bad reviews before as I have had no issues what so ever. I bought bikinis for going to Ibiza and they were commented on while I was away. I will be ordering again x

Really disappointed with my experience. I ordered my bikini five weeks before my holiday because I was assured it would arrive in time. It never did. When I was choosing and buying the bikini, replies were almost instant. However, once there was an issue with my order, communication became incredibly slow. It took serveral days for anyone to look into what had happened, and by the time I was told there had been an issue with Royal Mail and offered a remake, it was already too late for my holiday. I requested a refund instead, but it’s now been over a week with no response at all. It’s very frustrating that communication was excellent when making the sale but has disappeared now that there’s a problem. Delivery issues can happen, but how a business handles them is what matters. Unfortunately, I feel completely let down and am now having to pursue the matter through my bank as there is no response from them… I only wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

I don’t normally write reviews, certainly not negative ones. However I wouldn’t want anyone else to get scammed by this company. It’s a complete scam, not a real company. Never sent the order. No communication or refund.

Scam company, ignored emails and messages, item never sent and refund not given. Do not buy. Customer service is nonexistent as no one has replied to emails.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a bikini in May, still haven’t received it despite them saying they’ve sent it. Royal Mail are still expecting the package. Poor customer service, all for an average bikini. Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!!

Terrible service from this company avoid at all costs they are extremely unlikely to fulfil order. I ordered over 8 weeks ago, paid for delivery. They responded to my emails asking for an update twice over a 30 day period asking for information already provided in prior emails (also in the subject of the emails). I’m now having to escalate further with citizens advice looking at the consumer rights act for failure to provide goods. If the time frame was explained at the point of ordering there would not be an issue, the poor customer service and lack of transparency is where the issue is.
