I ordered and paid for Oceanvea watch in November and never received it. When I asked them for reund, they refused and told me, that they can ship order now. I do not need watch after one year, lousy and arrogant customer service

I ordered a watch from this company and I didn't notice in the small print that I would have to pay in full then wait nearly four months. I blame myself for not checking. When it did arrive not only was it the wrong colour but I had to pay a further £100 import duty. This was never mentioned on the original order. I told the company that the watch face colour was all wrong and they couldn't care less. My advice is don't buy from them, any business who treats customers they way they do does not deserve your business. Alan
