I ordered 4 bracelets on the 10th November and still haven’t received them ! They were presents for my grandchildren! I am very disappointed. Update 21st December and they still haven’t arrived and tracking said they hadn’t been dispatched!

I placed an order on November 16. I haven’t received the bracelet I ordered. I also sent an email to customer service yesterday morning and still haven’t received a response. I’m trying to find a phone number to call but haven’t had any luck.

I ordered 4 bracelets on November 11 and still do not have them. I have no tracking number to because they have never been sent. We celebrate our Christmas the weekend before so, I have a very shortened time frame. Please let me know what to expect. Thank you.

Ordered on November 11 and still nothing has shipped. Empty promises and the cost was billed a day after my order. Your turtles are a lot faster then you are. Update after O&C reply, Your promise to ship ( 3rd promise) early this week has expired and still nothing. My order and payment is now 1 month old and am beginning to believe that I have been scammed. I will wait until the end of this week and WILL take appropriate action after that.

I placed my order for my daughters birthday gift. She was recently told she has a brain tumor and I know how much she loves turtles and the sea so I thought this would be the perfect gift. On the ad it say's "Your Sea Turtle Tracking Access will be emailed to you immediately after checking out! ". I checked out over an hour ago and she hasn't received any thing in her email nor have I. Judging by the comments I'm on the phone right now calling my bank and putting a stop to them taking any money out of my account. I wished I had read all these reviews before giving this place all my personal information off my debit card. I will be watching activity's in my backing account just to make sure they don't help them selves.

Not only do we send emails and/or texts with turtle tracking orders, however, we send a physical tracking card with the turtles tracking information. We are not a scam. Placed order two weeks ago and status still shown as Unfulfilled. Have sent follow up emails. Received a reply to one a week ago but no reply to recent emails. Sorry I started dealing with this company - would not do so again and would not recommend them. Glad I paid with PayPal so at least I’ll be able to get a refund. Update 3 December 2020 - yes I did receive a reply to my second email after I had posted this review - but still unsatisfactory. Each reply, including their response to this review says orders will be sent by end of week. This has been going on for weeks. They have not replied to my email cancelling the order and requesting a refund. I will be lodging a dispute with Pay Pal if order hasn’t been fulfilled by the end of the week. I stand by my initial review that this is a company I would not deal with again.
