Looks like I am with the rest of you who have ordered from this company.No word as to where my six orders are.Would like to know if anyone has received there’s yet.Also each bracelet all six of them have the same turtle.Anyway I think I will try and stop payment

I ordered 3 bracelets for Christmas presents on November 19 and have heard nothing since. The money was taken immediately and I received turtle tracking emails but no information about dispatch. There has been no response from customer service since I contacted them. It is now December 17 and still no sign of these bracelets! No dispatch or tracking number information! That’s 3 Christmas presents not received!

I ordered bracelets on 8th November and apart from a confirmation email the next day have heard nothing since. I have had no reply to my email although have been inundated with emails asking me to buy their products. Very disappointed!!!!

I've emailed the company three times for updates on my order with no response. My order number is 133160 and was placed November 24th. I have no way to track the package and have had no shipment updates so I can only assume that it was not shipped. My biggest disappointment is not receiving replies to my emails and the possibility of not receiving by Christmas as they were Christmas gifts.

Placed my order on Nov 15th. Nothing. Messaged them on face book and was assured the order was received. I ordered from this company because it said they ship out of Florida and Canada. I live in Florida so it shouldn't take forever to receive my order. I need to have them so I can send them out to family for Christmas.
