Great company with an even greater mission. Each product I’ve gotten is high quality and you can tell time truly went into its production.

So I love this organization, but I think more of a variety can be offered. Of course there are things to choose from but maybe different styles! Some things look a little bland but others are very awesome!!!

I personally have never bought anything from this brand, but two of my friends are ambassadors for them. Their various jewelry items are super cute and the company has a really great message. I think their items would make great gifts but I just personally do not see myself ever purchasing anything just because I know I would not wear it. If they expanded their product line to include more various sustainable products I would consider purchasing.

Timely delivery and nice packaging.

Ordered 25th Nov and although tracker was emailed no bracelet. They have sent a dhl tracker which says it's in illinois so no use for Xmas. Order no 133658 Edited. Bracelet arrived today . Nice and perfect present for my God daughter

I wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering. I ordered bracelets for my granddaughters for Christmas but have yet to receive any shipping info. I have reached out in email but received no response. I can only hope I get them in time...... I wanted to update my review because the company reached out to me and made sure I received the bracelets in time for Christmas. I appreciated their efforts.

I placed an order Nov 25th Order#133660 UPDATE!!!! GOT MY TRACKING INFO THRU AN EMAIL OCEAN AND CO SENT TODAY 12/11/2020 AND MY PACKAGE IS ON ITS ON WAY,SHOWS IT SHOULD BE DELIVERED TODAY!IBRACELETS WERE DELIVERED AND SUPER CUTE!! placed my order Nov 25th and have not gotten any response to an email I sent. I understand delays in shipping can sometimes occur,but email responses/updates would be much appreciated. You sent me an email to be an Ambassador to your company(this is my 1st time purchasing)but cannot respond regarding a possible shipping date? When I ordered it stated all orders received by Dec 5th would ship in time for Christmas. I'm truly hoping that's still the case. Love the cause,but not super happy with customer service. I also do not understand why you will respond on Trust Pilot,but not on your actual business website?

I am very happy with my purchase. Cute bracelets! Not sure how long they’ll last though on teenage girls. Lol Inly thing I’m disappointed in is the communication with the company. Never got shipping notice, tried to get ahold of them with no response.
