I am in the same boat as most others. No confirmation of shipment but they sure took my money quickly. I have sent several e mails with no response to any of them. Thanks for ruining Christmas for this person. You could at least respond to e mails. Order # 143006

Like so many others I ordered on 11/28 for Christmas. I have not received my products or a response to my email asking about the status. I know that this is a challenging time, however it would be nice if I could at least have some acknowledgement when I email. Order #135527

I placed an order, #134802, on November 27th for 3 turtle bracelets that I have yet to receive. SAME story as MANY, MANY other customers, so no need to repeat! Online status still shows “unfulfilled”. NO response from customer service. Grandchildrens Christmas gifts for December 19th. Having worked in retail for many years, I understand the Christmas rush..I also understand when you offer such product sales, you should be prepared for an influx of orders that you can fulfill in a timely manner! More than likely will not order again!

Placed two orders on 11/14 . The cheaper order arrived the more expensive one didn’t. First they (Jacelyn) told me I’d received it but I was able to prove I had placed 2 orders . Then she said 2nd order would be sent . Over a week later it finally showed as dispatched but since then tracking has shown it to be in Illinois for days on end with no further movement. Im in England so not holding up much hope .I’m feeling really cheated and let down .

I ordered nearly a month ago and the status still only says 'partially' fullfilled. I have sent an email but not recieved a response. The only communications have been countless marketing emails...
