Ordered 11/28. Emailed them on 12/3 and they responded 12/5 saying it would mail by 12/12. Nope...now they don’t return emails. There is no phone number and now I find MANY reports of the same situation. Bad leadership makes a good idea fail badly. Don’t buy from this company.

I ordered 3 bracelets as Christmas gifts on the 30th of November here it is December 16 and still no bracelets. I could not be more disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My experience with Ocean & Company was receiving an unsolicited request by Email for a review -- SPAM. I guess this counts as "otherwise used the company's products or services". They're asking for my feedback. OK: they are incompetent morons that a sane society would not trust to use a pencil sharpener, much less a computer. They deserve to have their entire corporate assets seized and auctioned off, with the proceeds donated to charity. Their CEO and CIO deserve to be tarred, feathered, and deported to Antartica. I'd want to give them zero stars, except that I admit including an "unsubscribe" link in the SPAM might technically qualify as meriting the one star, and at least comes close enough that I'm not going to contact TrustPilot to try to get them to change their system code to specially enable a zero star review. I suppose it's alternately possible this is a scam by TrustPilot, in which case all the above would apply to TrustPilot instead.

Thank You Everyone for your posting, my granddaughter LOVES turtles and I was about to order these till i saw your reviews. You just saved me a headache and a disappointed little girl. Wish there was a place to buy legit bracelets and put the scammers in jail for breaking so many hearts. Wish you all a Very Merry Christmas

looks like pattern is right:I ordered some Christmas gifts in November that I never received and has ruiened my Christmas as well. does anybody have a phone number for this so called company.I cant find one on the website anywhere. am not happy and will get my money back but now I have no gifts for my kids thanks ocen n company.

Ordered 3 turtle bracelets November 28. Received email they received my order, money was taken from my account, then nothing. Will NEVER order from them again. Evidently reading other reviews, this is a pattern. Take your money that is for a good cause, then nothing.
