I placed an order on Nov 4th 2020. Have not recieved any updates since and the "track my order" thing says "order is ready" on Dec 3rd and then nothing. Two emails and a dm have been completely ignored. And sometime in the last day my antivirus has decided to block the whole website.

Like the previous reviewer I ordered 3 bracelets as Christmas presents on 13th November 2020. Last entry on tracking is 9th December with no update since. I also have requested a refund. UK customers beware.

Ordered their products Dec 2nd, 2020, and have not received items. Website launched a "track your order" but when I plugged my information, it states my items have not been shipped. I've reached out twice via email and have not gotten any response, I'll be contacting The Better Business Bureau.

I placed an order on the 8th still don't have it no tracking info and nobody ever gets back to my emails. I have sent 3 or 4 emails now and nothing and no number to call. This is very poor customer service

I placed an order several weeks ago for Christmas gifts and as of 20 Dec I still don’t have the merchandise. I sent an email and received an answer that the gifts would be delivered but as I said above, I still don’t have anything and have no idea when or if I will receive the items before Christmas or at all.

Hi there! It looks like your order that you placed 2 weeks ago was shipped out on 12/9/2020. We have no control over the shipping process. Postal carriers are experiencing high volumes of packages and are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.

I purchased a 4 pack seaturtle tracking bracelets for my granddaughters for Christmas three weeks ago. The money was debited from my account immediately. I never received an order confirmation. I tried reaching the company and it took 5 days to get a response. They have no phone number, only an email. This company appears to be a US storefront for an overseas company. Finally after three weeks I received an email acknowledging my shipping despite my telling them I wanted to cancel my order. It took 4 days for them to give me an order number. Now I have to pay $7.95 to return the item.

We are not an overseas company, all of our employees work in the United States and our shipping facility is in the United States. As for canceling your order, we were unable to cancel your order because it had shipped out before you requested the cancelation.

I placed my order on November 9th, they took the money out on November 9th, but it is December 17th and still NO products. I can't find a number to call them, I have emailed them 3 times and contacted them on social media.... CRICKETS.... I will be letting everyone know not to order from them and why.
