I havent received any information on when my bracelets will be shipped . I have emailed y'all numerous times.

Better and clear tracking for the animals and for tracking the product in the mail. When ur tracking via the website its not fun or engaging for children be nice to see an updated picture or have an app for easier tracking

I ordered 6 tracker bracelets back in July, and I had the link information from the order. But when I went to wrap the bracelets for Christmas presents, I discovered that the links no longer worked, and the turtles were different. I sent an email and was given the links to the current turtles, so I at least have options for combining bracelets and turtles links. I recommend your website mention that names and links of turtles being tracked change periodically. Would have saved me a lot of panic!

Disappointed that I did not receive the tracking information with my bracelet. It wasn’t terribly convenient to find a contact and when I did they didn’t have a record of my order. The bracelet however, was lovey. No complaints about the product.

I ordered my bracelets 11/6/2020 When I inquired the staus I was told, it would be by the end of week. There was no update after When I checked my account, still unfulfilled I reached out on Monday, was told longer than expected, but no timeframe I won't be ordering through tbidt company again, which is a shame, as I was excited to give these bracelets and future turtle gifts to my MIL At this point, I want my order before Christmas. Updating review, finally arrived 12/7. They are beautiful bracelets, not happy with length of time or lack of communication regarding the lateness of the bracelets until I reached out/wrote a review.

Not bad, but could have been better.

I love the idea of helping to study and save sea turtles and I did my homework on Ocean and Company and Mote Sea Lab--both are legit. The order did take a few weeks to arrive but I ordered early expecting holiday delay. Bracelets are fine but I was a bit disappointed with the turtle "live" tracking site. Not what i expected. The web page for Mr T does show a zig zaggy red line showing where the turtle has travelled but the only dates were the release date (May 2019) and a date in Nov 2020. I was expecting to be able to check into the site with my daughter, every few weeks and see where the turtle was, if not on that day, at least in past week or so. The website explains that satellite signals can be erratic but at least adding more dates to the map would make this more interesting. Nonetheless, a worthy cause.

I ordered my bracelets on November 10th and received an order number. The shipping is a bit slow.I received my bracelets today and am very pleased. They are of good quality and come in a little jewelry bag along with a card for the turtle. Each color bracelet comes with a different turtle to track but the turtle is the same for the like colored bracelets.
