Misleading expiration date and unresponsive customer service
My subscription was set to expire on a certain day, and I took a class on that day, but it wouldn’t let me take the course exam or eval to earn credit for it after I completed it! If I would’ve known, I wouldn’t have taken the time to take that final course. In my opinion, if the last day my subscription was active was the day prior, that is the day that should have been listed as my expiration date. I tried to email customer service, but received no response! I was already planning to look around for alternative options to receive continuing education credit, but now, I feel like I need to look elsewhere in the future. It’s a bummer because I did enjoy and appreciate the courses offered, but I’m disappointed with what happened and the lack of customer service. Update: 7/28/26 Following my review on Trust Pilot, I received a response from occupationaltherapy.com, and they eventually were able to resolve my issue and give me credit for the final course I took. Although it took extra effort, I appreciate the resolution.
