I have been quite pleased with the amount of courses that are offered, especially with carrots length of study and difficulty. However, I was not pleased when I found out the child abuse reporting course that is necessary for PA residents was not offered despite it being advertised as offered. It might be helpful to have this database checked often and have it clearly noted on the sign up page if it is currently available or not. I had to register for the course on another site. Not being sad, I have found the site fairly easy to use, And I have enjoyed just about all of the classes.

I was in a bind with family issues/COVID and was behind on my Cont Ed hours. After signing up for your service, I was able to catch up on my hours with ease. The courses were timely, relevant and easily understood.

Wide array of topics with an extraordinary cost!

I took seminars that was continuing edu towards my license renewal. The courses said they were AOTA approved and 1 ceu for each course. After I completed two courses and passed the tests they said they would not give me my 2 ceus because the courses were similar to others I took. So I just wasted 2.5 hrs taking classes that I will get no credit for. Yet they don’t tell you that up front it is after you have spent the time and completed course and test that it says you will get no credit for it. This is unacceptable and that should have been told to me prior to wasting my time. I will never use occupational therapy.com again for license renewal courses in the future. Very dissatisfied

Great site for CPD

I do think hand outs would have been helpful prior to the event. It might have been helpful to have the paper towel examples on a white board or a handout as well. The presenter did a good job with the information presented but it could have been in a longer time frame.
