Variety of courses

The course selection is very diverse and covers many areas of practice. Multiple levels are offered for practitioners seeking both introductory and advanced courses. The clinicians who conduct the courses, that I have taken , are well versed in their topic and offer emails to assist in answering questions not covered . I would appreciate the addition of more advanced courses but the introductory ones are always beneficial in refreshing my knowledge and offering current theories.

I think the company's website is easy to navigate, and the customer service agents are very helpful

The webinars are always in retesting and presenters are engaging. I have already learned lots of useful information.

I have been searching for a easy to use, affordable way to obtain CEUs. This site has been great. They offer a great variety of courses. Easy to access. A variety of course lengths for busy schedules.

Good presentations available at a great cost. Would have liked to have more selections of mental health seminars available. Possibly I just could not find them though. Only other thing that I think would be helpful is if there was some way to rewind when watching a video presentation. On my phone there was no way to relisten to something that was either detailed or harder to hear/understand the first time. Once or twice when I tried to stop and rewind it using the time toolbar, it restarted the video. Other than that, very helpful to be able to do CEUs this way.
