Great idea and fantastic for traveling and field operations. Small, simple, leak proof were the big three I was looking for and this delivered on all aspects. Only concern, the lube I used (Hoppes 9) warped the smaller plastic applicator syringes. I'm sure it's because of the chemical composition, and there was probably a warning that I didn't see. The warp is not large and does not make them unusable.

Great customer service! When I picked it up from my FFL the employee who checks in all the firearms said it was “one of the coolest things he’s ever seen come through here” iron sights are great. Only 160 rounds through so far, a must have!

Had to wait awhile due to backorder and Covid, but once the set got here it was totally worth the wait! Makes it so much easier to apply lubrication and to take some with me to the range without having a spilled mess to clean up later! Awesome job Occam, keep up the good work and God bless the USA!

I purchased this handguard for a custom build on a Sharps Bros 1913 milled receiver with a FN AK barrel. I had to round the top corner of the receiver on opposite side of the ejection port for the handguard to fit without pressing against each other. Other then that with my custom build it is a perfect fit and the whole gun feels solid like one solid piece. The heat management is pretty good. It got pretty warm after going through two 30 round magazines quickly but I could still hold it with my bare hands unlike a few other metal handguards I've tried. Overall I love this Handguard, my AK feels a bit more modernized and I have more options of what I can use on my AK with the m-lok rails. Occam shipped my order extremely fast and the packaging to protect everything was a step above the rest. I truly thank Occam Defense for thinking out of the box and making this Handguard, fit and finish is amazing.
