Have used them on at least 10 drops and only came through once . Has very high expectations but left sadly disappointed

There's so many variables that can have a negative impact on ultimately securing the product. After each drop, we go back and look where mistakes were made and try to find what can be adjusted/fixed/changed. Believe me Hector, we want more than anything to go 10 for 10 for you.
