Most of the bags I have had have been lovely I did get 2 that I was not satisfied with one the seams all fell apart I told them about it sent pictures got part refund Another one all the zips came apart didn’t bother reporting it as after they didn’t replace other one I knew they wouldn’t do anything about it Both bags went in Bin
