About Oak Park Home & Hardware

About Oak Park Home & Hardware, Inc. (OPHH.com) Oak Park Home & Hardware has been in business since 2001. We are a small business and genuinely care about helping our customers in any way possible. We are a mid-west company located within the Frank Lloyd Wright Historic District in Oak Park, IL. Customers are our top priority and we aim to make your shopping experience an enjoyable one! Offering Many Quality Products Made in USA Oak Park Home & Hardware began with the goal of offering products made in USA by either an individual Craftsman or small manufacturer. Over the years, it has become quite challenging to offer products exclusively made in USA and over time, have incorporated some quality products made overseas into our product mix. More Than Just A Home Store Oak Park Home & Hardware specializes in interior and exterior lighting, hardware, and home accessories. Many of our items are made to order and available in many finish and/or glass options. For this reason, we do everything possible to assist in our customer’s selection process. This may require multiple phone conversations, email conversations, and Photoshop renditions. This is, in part, what separates us from our competition and our customers find much value in this effort (and so do we).Shipping PolicyOur online shipping costs are for shipping within the 48 contiguous States. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Internationally. These shipping costs are typically our actual shipping cost without any mark-up.Your privacy and order information remains private and secure. We do not share customer information with any other businesses or third party.

Nice mirror
Arrived safe and ahead of Schedule. Only negative is it went Fed Ex ground with signature required and waited all day and then didn’t show up until the following day. Isn’t the first time this has happened with this carrier.

Disappointed
Getting the product was fine. Disappointed with the quality for the price we paid. Over priced for getting a print place on a light weight board. Also some of the tacks on the frame fell out. Had to glue them back in. I personally think this is over priced by $125.

Thank you for your review. Please be aware that these are service reviews and not a product review. It is always best to let the provider know of any product quality issues right away. Since we have the framed prints sent direct from the artist, we do not have the opportunity to inspect them beforehand and we certainly would like to know of any issues of quality. This helps us in deciding to contact the artist and also decide whether to continue offering a line products if an adjustment has not been addressed. You always have the option of returning your item for refund if you are not happy with it.
