Bought a pair of SI Elite Assault Boots for garrisons purposes (not field boots). Used them for 6 months and the shoelace eyelids are ripped and broken. All Oaklley had to say was. Buy more! We will give you a 30% discount, because while your boots are less than half a year used they have passed our warranty and return policies.

I ordered this pair of replacement lenses for a pair of Flak 2.0 XL sunglasses I also purchased from Oakley some time ago. These lenses did NOT fit the sunglasses and were clearly defective from the manufacturer. Buyer beware, as I learned Oakley will not replace anything beyond 30 days after purchase without regard if defective materials were sent. The lenses are almost as expensive as a new pair of sunglasses and I would not recommend buying spare lenses unless you check them quickly. I am absolutely disappointed in Oakley that they do not offer a more generous return when merchandise can easily and clearly be found to be defective, especially when the defect prevents the product from ever being used. I will not be purchasing anything from Oakley for some time as there are cheaper alternatives (especially when they wanted to offer only a coupon for to attempt another purchase; I wasted my money once and I won’t do it again).

So far it has been a terrible experience dealing with Oakleysi. The Oakley websites order info in my profile inaccurately captured their progress. Turns out somehow they went to British Columbia instead of Ontario. For the inconvenience they declined my suggestion and would only offer a 20% discount. I made sure to ask if I could use it with other promotions and I got a very misleading answer. Turns out that discount can not be applied to anything on Oakleysi... so it was a completely empty, disingenuous offer. Last time ordering from here. Would not recommend.

These glasses remind me of the saftey glasses from highschool chemistry. the cheep plastic ones that compensate for poor fit with overly curved arms so they can dig into your head behind your ears. Terribly uncomfortable.

I don’t even know what to say. I ordered a larger size than I should need. They were still tight but the kicker was the laughter of the family of the apparent fit. This should be a hard pass.

I'm editing this review as I received my new pair of XXL gloves. Once again, the thumb is too short. I do not, whatsoever, have overly large hands. All gloves I have ever purchased, whether it's snow related or riding dirtbikes, have always been XL. This is a flaw in their design. ***I do no have an issue with OSI. I think the company is great. Great pair of gloves. I purchased XL gloves but the thumb was too short. Shorter than it should be considering they're XL. I returned for XXL gloves.

The website doesn't work nothing loads. the AI wasn't any help.

I have dealt with this company for years. The last two months has been disappointing to say the least. I returned some glasses and never got my refund. I have contacted them three times being told I would receive my refund within 48 hours. SIX WEEKS LATER STILL TRYING TO GET MY REFUND. I WILL BE GOING TO Gov.x from here on out
