What made this order great was that the final product was better than the image of my order. What made the order not so great is that I had to purchase the second pair of glasses just so I could have the frames that I wanted when I paid for my prescription lenses with the same exact frames. I've had great results from Oakley, this is the first time I've had an issue. I will purchase again.

Upon receiving purchase, packaging of product was beat up/ broken indicating possible damages to product inside. Thankfully no damages were found but, I will be considering to make future purchases thru GovX. OakleySI needs to step up their game to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Remember, you serve us, Military & Public Safety alike… to earn our business to value our money that we spend on your products. No excuses OakleySI.

Easy to navigate and order.

I always have a great experience at OakleySI. They have a fantastic selection, and the best prices. My only gripe is once you put something in your cart, you can’t really remove it. The only option is to save for later. Not very helpful when you’ve changed your mind.

Experience was less than great due to difficulty assessing size. I don't appreciate the process of try then try again.

Oakley SI gave me a great deal on the sunglasses I picked, there was a mix up on my shipping address but after speaking with a manager it got resolved.
