The Oakley website is easy very user friendly. It is properly designed as far as finding, personalizing, and paying for the items being sold. The customer service representatives are knowledgeable about the Oakley products, and they always solve any issues dealing with purchases, returns, or exchanges. This doesn’t usually happens but during this order I was upset because I wanted to purchase my new glasses with the 24k Iridium lenses, but I was told that they are no longer available from Oakley. I have purchased those lenses for many years and now they are not available.

I think the website is easy to navigate. I've used it for years. I ordered my sunglasses and they arrived in less than a week. That's what appreciate. I've had to return product and it was never an issue. The customer service is great too.
