I'm a soldier serving over seas and Oakley SI told me they don't ship products over seas gave me promo code and told me to order from the regular website. They told me that's why oakley SI was created I called Oakley SI 5 times and after getting the run around was eventually hung up on every time. I guess supporting troops is just a gimmic

I have gone with Oakley Standard Issue since its inception, mainly because it got harder and harder to find USA MADE Oakley sunglasses. I bought the Standard Fuel Cell USA Veterans Collection in Navy Splatter, as that's the only color they offered it in. While I love the glasses to death and wear them nonstop, I wish they had a Marine Color Splatter and have it still Made in the USA. Now where I find things get bad is I go back to look for a nice new pair and I find I like the look of the Standard Issue Gascan USA Veterans Collection - Eagle, but it is only Assembled in the USA. Now I may be picky and sound weird in this respect, but I served the United States of America, I'm a Veteran of the United States of America, but you want me to wear a pair of sunglasses assembled in the USA from parts unknown. I didn't serve a different country, so why would I want my glasses from a different country. That really upsets me. If you're going to make a Veteran pair of sunglasses, make them in the United States, not just assemble them here.

Boots are not what you expect. Way too stiff and not breathable at all. Thickest pair of light assaults and oakleys. Have the field assaults and those are 100x better than these. Definitely not worth it if you’re looking for the usual light assault feel. Light Assault 3s are not it and I been wearing Oakley boots since I joined in 2018

I purchased a pair of Oakley Rimless prescription glasses from Lenscrafters in the Daytona Beach Mall. A few months after receiving them I the left arm became detached from the lens and fell off. I returned it to lenscrafters and they repaired and returned them to me. Two weeks later the right lens detached from the nose frame and fell off. Again I returned them to lenscrafters and spoke to Ashley Barrientos the "Technician" again they re-attached the lens to the frame and returned them. Three days later I was driving in a heavy rainstorm. Suddenly I was stunned when my glasses came apart again. The right lens detached from the frame again. I want my money back! These frames are dangerous and could result in a serious accident to anyone wearing them. The second time these glasses fell apart I was in the middle of a Heavy rain storm in traffic with poor visibility when the came apart and fell on my lap. I am a 78 year-old senior that relies on glasses to see clearly. There is no explanation for these glasses falling apart other than quality and poorly manufacturing and I'm am sure will someday be the proximate cause of a serious traffic accident, due to the poor workmanship and quality!

horrible customer service!! Oakley makes you submit warranty items online, cant log in, reset password and still cant log in. cant talk to anyone. been trying to submit claim for 3 days and zero help!!!

I received the wrong glasses, not what I ordered. No customer service number to call that's not a robot. Live chat said they'd send me an email to get the correct pair ordered, day 4 and no email. Also can't return the glasses because they are "custom."

Tried contacting via their #, the options are limited. After attempting every option, none of which helped in getting the delivey address changed. So I tried the chat, but to no avail. All I managed to do is provide them my name and email….. twice. Like their products, just make sure you don’t have to talk to someone or need assistance!!!!
