I just tracked your shipping info, which shows on the way to New York, it usually takes longer than other places. Can you wait for 7-10 days? Thank you Frank 2ND RESPONSE: WHEN I TOLD HIM MY ADDRESS IS NOT NEW YORK: Yes,i know you live in California,it will eventually arrives at your home. -THIS STORE IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN AND REPORTED!!!

Hands down, the worst expirience I've ever had speaking with a company, EVER. My exchange requests were consistantly ignored. My refund requests were consistantly ignored. The support team consistantly ignores you because they have your money and don't care about you. Their products are subpar and poorly made as well as falsly advertised. Unfortunately I was ignored to such an extent that I had to go over their heads and report them directly to Shopify who have expressed their extreme displeasure with Oak Bay Online's dispicable customer service. I doubt their site will remain up much longer. You can buy all their products on other sites and Amazon.com who have PROPER customer support. Happy shopping!
