Ordered what I would expect to be my baby girl's come home outfit on 10.31.2020. I have been corresponding with company since November and have yet to receive tracking number and today is 1.2.2021. Last correspondence said order would take 20-25 days due to covid and holiday season. I ordered before holiday season and website provides timeframe. Even with covid, this is unsatisfied. It has been 2 months. My daughter is due 1.18.2021. And they will not rush, provide tracking, or refund my item. Etsy sells the same item, if I knew I would have gotten it from there. Sometimes it's better to go with the known than the unknown. Don't waste time with company. Damn near bought 2 outfits from them, Thank goodness I tried them out before wasting my money. Go with another company.

I ordered a personalize blanket on 11/1/20. The website said 1-3 days production prior to shipping. So I communicated when a couple weeks had passed and I received nothing. Finally after 34 days I received it. It was the wrong product and it was not personalize. And they would not refund my money. I will never EVER use their services again. This was a Christmas gift for a new baby so I had to order from a different reputable vendor. It cost more but arrived within 7 days of order. I should have known you get what you pay for.

Offers a 3 dollar refund for a 34.00 purchase. Make sure you read reviews before any purchase, anyone who buys from here is being scammed. Wish I could receive that money back. The most you can do is file a dispute with your bank.

If I could give this company a -10 I would I have been fighting with them for over a month now trying to get my money back the shoes boots that I bought are not worth the money I paid for them their return policy clearly says that I will only pay shipping once and that includes returns and now they’re trying to charge me to have them shipped back I had to get the baby be involved and I’m still not satisfied with the company the boots are crap they wouldn’t last one wearing in whether

This has been the worst place i have ever dealt with...I have been given the run around and takes forever to respond...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! BEWARE!!

This company is the worst! They tell you 10-15 days over and over but you end up waiting 2-3 months. Ordered on 9/15 and still haven't gotten my order! It took them over a month to send tracking info and once they finally did, told me to wait another 10-15 days because it's on the way to NY. Another 10-15 days has passed, product is still in China! Customer service was very responsive at first, then they stopped replying. Asked for a full refund twice and nothing yet because "it's on the way" Buyer beware!

Company is a scam !!! order baby sleeper with name on it 2 months ago never received person that answering emails said it was shipped, I never received tracking number emailed again they said they was gonna check on it , DO NOT ORDER COMPANY IS A SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!
