WELL I HAD A BATTERY GO BAD AND NOT RECHARGE AND THE COMPANY AGREED TO SEND ME A REPLACEMENT. I ALSO ORDERED ANOTHER ONE TO INCREASE MY TIME.

As Advertised
I was going to give a four because customer service is slow to respond, 2 days. I picked the unit for its specs and price. I wasn't trusting the output so I put a meter on it and it maintained 94+% at max output (5 L/min O2). The machine is fairly quiet and performs as advertised.

Go with continuous flow
I purchased the VARON 3L/min Portable Oxygen Concentrator NT-05(Continuous Flow) at least a month ago, and I love it! Its light weight and continuous flow oxygen are perfect for running errands, short trips and much more. Great product!

The order process was easy
The order process was easy, and the unit arrived as expected. It works very well. I plan to use this mostly for travel, as I have a larger bedside unit to sleep with. The only change I am making is that the unit does not have a humidifier tank, but I'm adding a separate small container for distilled water, otherwise the air is too dry for me. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied.

I have to return the unit
I have to return the unit; their fees have taken off over $200.00 off my refund. Also, I have to pay the return postage to China. That is going to cost quite a bit. They have been postponing getting me the RMA and without that I can't return the unit and receive a refund. They are not upfront with their practices. I am very upset.

The Constant Flow Concentrator machine…
The Constant Flow Concentrator machine & extra battery was sent & received in a timely manner without any issues. It is quieter than the one it replaced and is working very well as advertised. Hopefully it will last longer than the well known name brand I have had for three years but only used when away from home overnight or if there was a power outage. My old unit was went belly up after only being used a total of 8-10 times over the three year period from when it was purchaed for about 4 times more than my new Veron Unit from Oygenvip. Very satisfied with the product and the company.

Was so happy that the machine was sent in a timely manner and is working great when I go out of the house. Very satisfied with this company and their support.
