I ordered a Nyxi Wizard controller from their website. Once ordered, the tracking system did not show any results. Contacting support took about 2 days for a response. The shipment was fulfilled by another company which did not send any communications about the expected delivery date. I happened to check the online tracking and found that my shipment was marked as delivered even though no one contacted me and I have been at home (working from home) all these times. I then checked my apartment lobby and found my package was there in the open which could have been easily stolen. I was lucky that I happened to check less than 24 hours after it was marked as delivered. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known. Overall the delivery took 15 days to Australia. I haven't tested the controller itself, but this experience have left a bad taste and I won't be risking to make another purchase from this company unless it is available through a local retailer.
