Very good quality controllers, I have very bad rheumatoid arthritis and i love these controllers. I have 3 pairs now. It’s becoming an addiction ;) I bought the milky’s 2 years ago, was a little sceptical at first because of the ad on social media, but was pleasantly surprised by the good quality, grip and nice design. I used them a lot and they’re still as great as they were the very first day. I love the rumble which hori failed to do and the beautiful colored lights. Recently I bought the transparant ones too and I love the design and quality again, but they are a little slippery cause the material is very smooth and transparent. They really need a bit more grip, (heard that often from others) apart from that they’re stunning. My son fell in love with them, so he uses them now and I bought me a pair of wizards which I wanted like forever. Packaging of the wizards is far better then the Hyperions in my opinion. I don’t like the cheep plastic in the Hyperion box, this is a big upgrade in packaging. I really hope they’re also going to produce a golden version of them because of my new switch (Zelda TOTK Oled) That would be amazing! I saw they launched a black and silver Wizard now, so I keep on hoping 😃 Keep up te good work NYXI, you are by far the best company i know for joy cons (far better then Nintendo) and the service is also very good. I am from the Netherlands. Shipping takes about 9 to 12 days mostly sometimes even quicker. I don’t understand the bad reviews btw, I know a lot of people here who own NYXI’s and we all have great experiences. I recommend them to everyone and they all love them. No scam at all! I had a little issue with my milky’s one time and contacted Nyxi via Facebook pm and the service was great.👌🏻

Order a wizard controller, came quickly before the date, controller works very well and good design, fabric is good, absolutely no problems with this company, I ordered directly from their website, not a scam at all

I just received my Nyxi Wizard today fast delivery no controller issues. Best part about the Wizard is that it brings me back to the GameCube days, I’ll definitely order more products from this company and refer Nyxi to all my friends and family

J’ai commandé sur le site le 14 mars 2023, la commande est resté longtemps à Roissy mais elle est finalement arrivée le 05 avril. L’emballage était un peu léger mais malgré quelque coup pendant le transport les manettes ont été épargnées. Les NYXI Athena Milk Style sont très ergonomiques par rapport aux joycon de chez Nintendo. Je valide cet achat, c’est parfait 👍🏼

Recently purchased the NYXI Hyperion joy cons. The purchase was smooth, the delivery didn't take to long, the product is awesome and my communications with the company have been replied to in a timely manner. My only issue is waiting for stock to be available as I'd really like to buy another Hyperion as a gift for someone. *edit* literally moments after posting my review more stock became available haha talk about great timing!

Customer service through email was very helpful and courteous! Though it is a small business with what seems like only a couple people handling emails, I would usually get prompt replies within a day or two. Customer service handled a full replacement on a Hyperion controller very smoothly and was very pleased with it especially of a business of this size. Other similar businesses of this size wouldn’t have had close to resolution I have gotten here. Very happy to support this business.

Bestellung problemlos aufgegeben ohne Komplikationen oder Abbrüche. Mir war von Vornherein klar das die Zusendung einige Zeit in Anspruch nehmen kann (2-3 Wochen). Nach dem Versand wurde mir die Sendungsnummer mitgeteilt sodass ich jederzeit den aktuellen Status der Sendungen verfolgen konnte. Nach der Zustellung - super verpackt (inkl. X-Mas Edition) - super Zustand und Qualität - Passgenauigkeit der Controller! Sehr zufrieden, problemlos und unkompliziert.

Placed an order. Changed my mind, and I was able to easily and quickly cancel and get a refund. (I sent a message and received a reply 90 mins later, not sure exactly where their support is based but this was at 1am lol.) I have since re-ordered the Hyperion on 4th January. Timescale given was 12 to 20 days. Due for delivery today (day 13). They use Yodel from customs to your house. Also, I sent another message on 6th Jan, and received a reply within 24 hours, so completely different experience to above review. I signed up as a member and used the "message" tab on their website in the accounts sections, rather than sending an email. (I think Chinese New Year holidays have started which may be having some impact, but they should have made arrangements to still reply in a timely manner in my opinion.) You can check order status in the "orders" tab too. Also, company is moving to a different website (nyxigame,com), but it is exactly the same company as current nyxigaming.com site.
