Bought clear nyxi hyperion joycons. After less tham a year the left thumbstick on the left con has completely lost calibration with no way to fix. Judging from others that have said where they've had this issue with these controllers (of which there are many, check reddit), Nyxi have no interest in helping or fixing this issue. A real shame. I thought they could be a true comfortable joy con alternative but turns out it's just another cheap Chinese knock off Save your money

6 Days until shipped! I aksed the support and they gave me the wrong tracking number. When the package should have been delivered (which it wasnt because it was the wrong number) the support told me its not their problem, go searching or ask hermes. Hermes told me its the wrong number. I told the support and they told me passive agressivly, im to stupid to read, tjis is the number and its still in transit. A completely different number!!! With the wrong number still below in the email history. Still waiting for the article, its stuck at the airport for days, still not revieved after 2 weeks. Very incompetent support, also answers take several days. Even if the controller arrives and is great i will not buy from nyxi again

Bestellung von zwei Controllern wurde nie geliefert. Bestellt und bezahlt wurde am 04.09. und bis heute am 08.11. immer noch keine Lieferung, obwohl die Lieferdauer laut eigener Angabe max. 25 Tage dauert. Ich rechne mit meiner Zustellung mehr und hätte es mir denken können, dass man besser nicht bei diesen China-Anbietern eingekauft.

Their products are trashy quality, which is fine, but charging premium prices, which again not a big deal, but when really makes this a terrible company is that they suppress any negative reviews to their products on their website so as a customer you can’t even make an informed decision. Very shady and unethical as a business, they are directly lying to their customers! Not a single review on any product on the whole site that’s less than 4 stars, come on…. Really??

SCAM!!! Ordered a controller and a hard case for $92. They sent me a 2x4 cloth storage thing that’s probably worth 50 cents after I waited over a month for it to show up.

Tried to order from this company as a business with a corporate card. They claim the card is "risky" and canceled the order, tried to contact support they respond with the same canned message they sent on the order confirmation. There is no way to speak with a human at this company, there is no way to work with this company as a business and even the consumer side seems to not respond to anything. No reason to mess with them ... there are plenty of other companies that offer 3rd party controllers.

I got scam from them. My item never arrived. Not sure what happened. Waste of my time and money. Chinese base company using the name to profit.

VOLEUR! J'ai commandé sur leur site avec envoi rapide. Je m'aperçois rapidement que le matériel ne viens pas des usa, comme ils le laisse penser, mais est expédié de Chine par des filiales à la aliexpress... La fin de livraison ce fait avec la Ste Colicoli bien connu des paquets dit "perdu". Évidement je n'ai pas reçu ma manette... Après contact avec nyxi (ou il faut évidement communiquer en anglais) ils me demandent de rentré en contact avec la Ste de transport pour être indemnisé... Colicoli me renvoi vers l'expéditeur... C'est le ping-pong sans fin ! Bref j'ai perdu 70€ dans cette histoire sans chance de revoir mon argent ou mon paquet !
