I've been trying to get a refund for days, I've given pictures, videos, statements on "Why it took so long" to open the package, and nothing. No refund for the junk they sent instead of the actual product, and no product replacement. Nada. Avoid this scammers and go find a better product elsewhere

Voy a dar mi opinión sobre los mandos Nyxi hyperion pro. Bien me parecen una verdadera basura, no fui capaz de jugar a una partida sin que se desconecten en modo portátil. Hablé con la empresa (mi mujer que es la que me los regaló) y nos mandaron otros, los cuales les pasaba lo mismo. Esa empresa tiene un fallo de sincronización en modo portátil en sus mandos y parece ser que les da igual. Es horrible jugar y que a cada rato de el fallo. NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA, los plásticos son malos, los botones de atrás parece que se van a romper al apretar. Lo único chulo son las luces que tiene. Compré los Mobapad M6 hd y tengo que decir que son una pasada. La calidad de construcción es infinitamente mayor. No he tenido ningún problema de sincronización al jugar, ESO SI QUE LOS RECOMIENDO. Nyxi poneros las pilas y dejar de estafar a las personas.

Une manette bugué et non fonctionnelle qui vient de Chine. Lors des sessions de jeu, la manette réalise des inputs sans appuyé sur aucun bouton et sans avoir mappé les boutons de la manette arrière. Qualité de fabrication aux fraise, manette qui est faite dans un plastique de mauvaise qualité et je ne parle même pas de la sensation d’appui des boutons ou des gâchettes. Bref n’investissez pas votre argent dans cette chinoiserie bas de gamme vous perdez votre argent. Une manette qui fini à la poubelle, pas envie de perdre mon temps avec un service client qui me dira qu’il ne pourra rien faire pour moi.

Absolutely terrible controllers, completely ruined my zelda game, didn't work from the very beginning, got fobbed off by the company telling me to clear the blue lights because that's what's making it drift. Cleared them and played fine for a few days and then Link was crouching, running and walking in all directions, repeatedly falling off the divine beast and losing important items because it made magnisis imposible. Nothing to do with clearing the settings or upgrading the controllers they're just terrible. Went straight in the bin.
