They handle disputes horribly. I had an overdraft credit account they took it away without notice or explanation. When you call the wait time is ridiculous. Customer service is horrible. I’ve Ben with this bank for 15 years still don’t qualify for any loans credit nothing. I’m changing my bank

After 15 years paying a mortgage through MCU, it has been a horrible experience. They have no functioning customer service and it impossible to talk to someone or get them to write you back. They mees things up all the time and to fix it you have to go to one of three branches during bankers hours and wait at least two hours to speak to someone. The problem is usually not resolved or made worse. Avoid MCU like the plague.

Municipal Credit Union is by far one of the worst financial institutions I have ever dealt with. I was with them for 15 years, and it was a nightmare. From customer service to their dispute department and loan services. I tried my best to stay loyal, but when my account was compromised on three different occasions, costing me $700 within a year, and they told me there was nothing they could do about it, I knew it was time to leave.
