They lie. So if that's the shopping experience you like, go ahead and order. I have been looking for the bra I've worn for years that is no longer available ANYWHERE in my size. I check almost every week to see if somehow, somewhere a reputable company or organization might have one or two. To my joy, NY LINGERIE has them! I checked and researched and yes, found they were definitely reputable. I'll admit I did not check Trustpilot, but have not moved it up to the top of the list. Rceived a note today that sure, they took my money, but they just don't have that bra in stock. I'll be checking daily for the refund. What crap. I am truly furious and sick of ordering bras and returning them. The stores never have my size.

I made an order and they never shipped it. I wrote several times and I never got a reply. The order was paid.

I contacted the company through email with a question regarding two of their products. A reply came back from Ashley Penn, Administrative Manager who directed me to call their customer service number for help. I did that, no answer, but voice mail went to Ashley. I emailed her back and notified her I left her a message. Never heard back. I would shy away from this company.
