Within 10 minutes of our dog chewing on a brand new Nylabone Powerchew we discovered the bone was already starting to flake and peel. Our dog is under the recommended weight. I do not recommend this chew toy.

Absolute rubbish! I bought a small one for my 5 month old border terrier, he wrecked it in 2 days, threw it away Hes now 7 months old so tried the 'extreme chew' variety, he wrecked it in an hour! Bits were coming off all the time, instructions say replace if worn or damaged but i dont expect to replace it in an hour especially as hes only a puppy WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR USE AGAIN

Title: Great dog treats, but the bag design is frustrating and terrible! My dog absolutely loves Nylabone Natural Nubz, which is the only reason I keep buying them. I always wait for the Costco discount to stock up, but I am extremely frustrated with the packaging design. The resealable seal on this bag is incredibly inconvenient. Every time I open a new bag, it is a struggle. If you aren’t meticulously careful, one slightly wrong snip with the scissors completely destroys the resealable track, making it absolutely impossible to seal the bag back up. It is very annoying that we have to be so careful just to open a bag of dog treats, otherwise the whole bag stays wide open and the treats go stale. I love this brand, but I really hope Costco and Nylabone can improve this packaging to a more user-friendly, full-width resealable top. Please fix this design!

I'm on my third puppy I've purchased nylabone's for all nun of the puppies chewed on them

Puppy chewed Nylabone into pieces. Need to stop selling product.

I bought the toughest kind of a chewing resistant Nylabone. Our young dog, a Cocker Spaniel 10 months of age, chewed numerous chips from it in only 10 to 15 minutes. With a similar picture on their homepage Nylabone recommends an immediate exchange of a such a bone regarding its potential dangerous condition. I contacted Nylabone using their contact page in this regard, but no reply at all after about 3 weeks. Rubbish quality of product, same regarding the customers support, what more do I have to say!?!

My 7kg puppy destroyed the small chicken bone shaped chew in a matter of hours and the medium in less than a day. I contacted the UK distributor, as the website says it breaks into pieces the size of a grain of rice which will harmlessly pass through - but it doesn't - it breaks into choking sized pieces! The distributor is not remotely interested and told me not to give it to my puppy if it breaks into bigger pieces - which it states it should not do in the first place! They also state that they have never had a problem with these chews - I must be really unlucky to have got 3 faulty ones then! Thankfully I was keeping an eye on him. I will be avoiding nylabone products in future.

Purchase 3 in today Bison Bones, after the third bone was eaten over a month I realised this was making one of my dogs I’ll, reported to the company wee said….it’s to big for your dog and I should watch them as they eat!
