Pleased with the product and customer service
Product came right on time even though it was shipped late due to the availability but the quality of the product was great also and looked just like what the website offered. This was a gift for my mother and she was pleased. Also customer service was great I reached out to the company to inquire about the shipping of the product and they replied and explained that there was a small delay and ensured that we will get the product in time.

Damage wig
Well, I had a very bad experience with Nyhairmall. They sent me a defective wig that I paid $107 and it look horrible. I first was in disbelief thinking this must be some kind of joke, but reality set and then I got very upset. I do not have money to waste and now I have to go to the beauty shop to buy this wig again which I would rather do because then I can inspect the wig right after I purchase it. I want a refund as well. It look like child just took a razor and had a field day. I may just do a you-tube video review this this wig to warn people this could happen. Then you could really see how damage this wig look. I wish I could put a picture of it on here but its not allowing me to.
