DO NOT SELL YOUR PHONE TO THIS COMPANY! Sent in an iPhone to trade in flawless condition but they revised to "good" upon inspection. THEIR PRICE LOCK guarantee is a lie as it says they only offer CURRENT price if the condition changed! I have traded in with other companies and never have a problem like with this company! STAY AWAY!

Do not use. Illegitimate. Refused to honor initial prices and creates “scratches need to be seen with a microscope.” No proof provided. Avoid. I’m starting to learn ALL of these buy phone websites are scams. Bait and switch. I will not use these anymore. 2 years straight.

Complete scam, as others have said refused top price and said there were scratches. Then said after a few days could not pay in vendor only PayPal with 4% fee or a check. (Said bank had frozen account). Just want my phone back from these crooks.

* Scammer will provide an initial offer that beats all competition then once you ship your phone will reverse his offer and severely low-ball. * If he fails to have you agree to his new rip offer he will then claim to have "shipped your phone" but actually generates a tracking # without ever dropping off anything in the mail. Once the package never arrives back to you, he will blame USPS and you for not buying insurance. * Scammer continues to run the operation by "skirting the law" and depends on many victims who simply "give up" and accept any "low ball rip off" offers. * Scammer's business Instagram handle: nycphonebuyer * If you have already made the mistake of shipping out your phone(s), you may contact the UPS Store immediately to request a "Return to Sender", let them know you discovered you are a victim of a scam, provide the tracking # and all details and request your package is "Returned to Sender" The UPS Store 1971 Western Ave Albany, NY 12203 518-452-6085 FELDON JAMAL RICHARDS - NYC PHONE BUYER – NYCPHONEBUYER
