The second time I’m having order issues…
The second time I’m having order issues as the site is giving inaccurate descriptions of the shoes. My first order of sneakers were in the men’s and came women’s, now my second order came the same shoe but different design posted on the site! It only allows me to edit this and not respond to what the company sent back. It’s false. It did not say it clearly as I have proof in an email that says it was your fault. I also have not received an email for this shoe!

I looked into your orders and the shoe you ordered was indeed in the women's category and the title of the shoes say women clearly. The other pair you ordered I see stated its a logo leather and you received smooth one were sorry about that SKU was mixed up. Look in your email I sent you a curtsy for the issue. Sent the wrong shoe
Sent the wrong shoe, and took over two weeks to ship. Would not recommend. Still Waiting for a customer service to assist.

No response from customer service reps
Shoes were to small so I payed money to return them. Shoes have been at their facility for 5 days and have yet to get a refund. Now that I have sent multiple messages asking for the status of my refund, I have yet to get a response back. I get that they can take time but I at least expect a response.

Thank you for your review. Our return policy is clearly stated on the website as $9.95 for all returns refunds get processed with in 1week of return delivery. Im very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you but this is our policy on the website and we are still within that date.I went ahead and processed the refund for you. Sizes are not explained we ordered two pair of shoes and they were. They were both wrong sizes. I sent a message requesting information how to return Items and did not receive any respond yet since Thursday

Disappointed
As a first purchaser, my experience is very disappointing. Their is no customer service number to discuss returns and how long it take for a refund. I received the wrong shoe I purchased for a birthday gift needed in a week and had to ship back and still waiting on refund. Customer Service communications is very unsatisfying and disappointing
