Absolutely and thoroughly lame. DO NOT give them your business! I wish I'd seen all the reviews here before I went with them....there were good reviews elsewhere but they must be phony. Like other reviewers, I had the following problems: - actual cost MORE THAN 2x their estimate - multiple phony fees (" shuttle fee" , "distance fee"; thankfully I was able to get many of these dropped by refusing to pay them) - very little advance notice given and then movers were 5 hours late to pick up - shoddy packing job - one week late with delivery and only 12 hours notice given, not 24 hours - whiny, rude, arrogant movers on both ends ...overall a really bad experience! STAY AWAY!

Horrible company do not do business with them at all. Horrible experience lost money, time at work and stressed out. I will be suing this company. I record and document everything. Was giving a quote by a salesman named Brandon. Told him everything I needed to move and we gave me a price and set up a date. I specifically asked him if he would like to do a video chat to see my items which I see other companies do he stated no. The day of my move they came to get my items but said no they need to charge me $1500 more and they will need it right now in order to move me where am i gonna pull another additional 1500 out my behind? I told them I don’t have it they told me they can’t do service with me. Since I never canceled they gave me a quote and never changed the day of I don’t think it’s fair I have to lose out on my money when you guys gave me wrong and misleading information. I did my part and when i called to speak to a manager Tara she was so nasty the worse manager was so rude and nasty. How can you have someone like her in business or a manager at that the way she talk to people is not okay. Told me she will give me $100 take it or leave it like what how dare you when your company is the one who gave me wrong information I never cancelled which is what the policy stated if you cancel you forfeit your deposit. I did not cancel you guys came and tried to rob me for additional money so unprofessional and i have been be in talks with a lawyer the pain and suffering and loss wages because of this company it’s ridiculous. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS HORRIBLE!

I called this company and got a "binding estimate” (more on this later) for $8950. This “estimate” says that the cost of your move does not go up if you submit a truthful inventory list and if you do not add any additional services. Based on your inventory list, they calculate the cubic feet your move takes. That’s the basis of your price. When the “real’ moving company (Nationwide Moving Service aka AmeriSafe Moving is only a broker) arrived,the foreman walked around like a peacock on steroids and told me to carry out my move he wanted an additional $5000 because I had “so much stuff”. He also wanted $500 to take apart my bedroom wardrobe. I showed him that everything I had was exactly what I had submitted for my agreement. The agreement (see above) the cost would not go up if nothing changes. He lectured me that he is the one determining the cost of the move and wanted to force me to sign an amended agreement for $5000 more to carry out the move. Here we are, I took a day off from work and he trying to strongarm me, thinking I am desperate and sign. I did not, I told them I only pay the original amount. Note: One of the guys on the truck told me he does that all the time.. I told them to leave as I was not willing to pay $5000 and felt I was frauded. It get's better. I have to take them to court now to get my $3500 deposit back, which they kept as they state the contract says you only get your deposit back if you cancel 72h after you sign the contract. But sure enough, how do you know 72h in advance that someone is trying to trick you? I would have some explicit words here, but my wife stopped me.

DON'T USE THEM! Absolute scammers and will lie to you about every single detail. I was unfortunate to work with Collin Patricks who was dishonest from the moment he said hello. I was told my entire move would cost no more than $3,000 and it was scheduled for a Sunday. Movers showed up Saturday at 8am and told me in order to move me it would be an additional $1,200+ from all these additional "fees" including $500 from having to move me out of the back of the building instead of the front. Called the "supervisor" to address the conversation Collin had with me and asked them to pull the recording to hear how badly I was misled and was informed they dont have an IT department. I have never encourntered such poor service and have never felt more misled and scammed. Also Collin will tell you he will be there for every step of the way...handed out his personal cell and the moment I booked with them he went radio silent and never answered an email/text/call...essentially they will LIE to get the business and then completely screw you over and change all of the conditions of your move including addding on thousand+ dollars to it...trust me DONT USE THEM

Trust me when I say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY… They are NOT trust worthy. Especially if you are a woman needing help.

Nothing but liars manipulation and dishonesty I wouldn't trust this company with anyone! They tell you two to three days don't believe it it could be up to two to three months before you get anything. They do not offer any kind of money back or anything and they still ask for more money after giving them money. If you're in a long haul move and wish to throw away a lot of money and have people just do what they want with your stuff and a warehouse go ahead. It's better off everyone come together and go to the better Business bureau and have this place shut down

DECEPTIVE! They added $350 for a "shuttle" charge without any prior notification or disclosure. Apparently, they had to transfer my belongings to another truck to deliver. News to me. Found out when they showed up 20 days late. DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST AND DECEPTIVE COMPANY.

Do NOT use this company for your long distance moving. I wish I saw the reviews here before I used them. They are NOT a moving company, but just a scammy broker. They will give you a cheap estimate over the phone to lure you to put down 1/3 deposit. Then when their contracted mover show up, the mover will totally NOT recognize the estimate, and will ask you for double or triple the money. All in all this is a scam company. Stay as far as you can from them.
