(Im a tosser zmd turner all night and have had difficulty fallimg asleep for years) I just finished that small container of balm. I just purchased my second container of this product. It works. I am able to fall asleep quicker and stay asleep longer throughout the nightwhen i use this on the bottoms of my feet and behind my neck. I still toss and turn but not as much and am able to fall back asleep quicker when I use this. I actually wake up feeling more rested which is another bonus.
