Great customer service.
I did not notice a coupon promotion, most likely due to my not paying proper attention, I seldom do online shopping, but the nice person who handled my order noticed my mistake and still included the coupon bonus with a kind note on my invoice. I'm away from home right now so I haven't a way to reference her name, but I truly appreciated her kindness .
