I have been using these products for 13 years. I have tried others and came back to Nuvet because of their quality. My dogs love to take their Nujoint thinking they are treats. The powder I add to their food. My dogs never get sick and their coats are shiny and healthy looking. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because they are pricey. But you know the old saying, "You get what you pay for." These supplements are top notch. Their customer service is excellent, personable and accommodating. I highly recommend these products and this company.

Website is good however I'd like to see more detail on shipped orders, tracking, etc. I do like the auto shipping feature, and it is very easy to change the date/frequency of shipments.

We have been very satisfied with our NuVet orders & arrival until this month. About 25 vitamins were broken. There's never been that many before. However, the postal service may be to blame. Delivery has always been to postal box except this one. Put or dropped on front porch.

Deliveries are right on time. My only gripe is that when I set up auto-deliveries, I am informed of the shipment after it ships, rather than before. You really should let people know a shipment is going to be made and their credit card will be charged in the near future, and give them a chance to opt out before it ships, especially since you charge a return fee.

Am delighted to see the general health of my dog. 9 years of NuVet vitamins have done her well. Customer service has been excellent.

I regularly order NuJoint and NuVet for my almost 2 year old yellow Lab . I’ve found that the website has been finicky always and this time around I was charged twice and sent two orders which I didn’t really want. Customer service gave me a choice of a 50% refund and keep the second order, or a full return of that order at my shipping expense. I chose the refund, win/win I suppose since I don’t have to order again for a long time and I got a “discounted “ price on the second order. But wow, fix the glitch already..
