Love the product, I have been using it for over 14 years on all my German Shepherds. None of them have ever had any type of hip or joint issue. My only issue is that Nuvet Labs does not give you a heads up when a shipment is coming up. They do quite well in calculating the number of bottles required never to run out, but I do occassionally miss giving my girls their middle of the day dose, so I would love the ability to push shipments out a week or so. Other than that, their product and customer service is wonderful and I do still recommend them highly.

I generally have 3 Golden Retrievers at a time, all ages. I learned about NuVet about 12 years ago when I noticed the difference in the coats of my dogs vs. other Goldens. Their owners always supply NuVet to their dogs. Ever since, I've given my dogs NuVet tabs (both regular and joint) as soon as they are old enough to enjoy solid food. I believe the product prevents many common illnesses and diseases. I won't quit. I've never had a problem with an order, and the salespeople are very professional and kind. Of course, the product is pricey, but when I compare that to the cost of veterinarian care should they get sick, it's worth it to me.

I love the product and will continue to use it for my dog but I am unhappy with the auto ship. I don’t get a warning that it’s going to bill and/or ship until it’s already been processed. I would like a warning email so I can push the day back if I need too.

While I do personally feed NuVet to my cats, and I do see a difference in overall health and wellness, it is undeniable that as a breeder my number one complaint personally and by our families, is that their cats don’t prefer the taste. The best thing this brand can do for their feline line is to offer more flavors and improve the current flavor. If the product was more edible, I would feed so much more as a whole dose is refused by my cats consistently across the board. If they enjoyed the taste, I could feed the correct dose and reap the whole benefit.

Have used this product since my Golden was a puppy. The breeder recommended it. Had to briefly take her off of it to see if her eye staining was related. Now back on auto ship and the last batch were hard like rocks. Not able to break them in half to add to her food. Not sure about the age of the shelf life at this juncture!!

I don't like to pay $6 for shipping. I can buy similar products on Amazon and not have to pay for shipping. I have healthy animals and want the best for them but budget is an issue as well when you have four animals.

Wanted to **EDIT** my original review since he made up for the disappointment I was feeling about Nuvet.
