Our now 12 week old puppy has been on NuVet Plus since being weaned. I’ve noticed since bringing her home at 8 weeks that she seems to itch and scratch a lot, all over her body. I’ve been giving my 13 yr old dog Nuvet wafers for the past month as well and haven’t noticed any problems, but after reading reviews here it’s got me wondering if my puppy might be having issues associated with the product. I’m stopping it for a few weeks to determine if the itching goes away. My vet told me there’s nothing really special about the product so I’ll be looking for other ways to help with proper nutrition.

I like the regular deliveries. I don't like the inconsistent product. Some bottles have tablets are so soft that they crumble and there is the equivalent of 2-3 tablets of dust in the bottom. Others are so hard that they are almost impossible to break. Some are fine. With that type of Quality Control, I wonder if the active ingredients are also that variable.

Great product. Never had an issue in quality. As of 10/22, Nuvet does not send out an autoship reminder. All other companies that I use for autoship purchases send out a reminder (email or text) a few days in advance, with the option to edit your cart. This would be extremely helpful if Nuvet would do the same. All of that to say, good product, just keep a close eye on your autoship.

Can't speak for the quality of the product — just started using it, but our reputable breeder highly recommends it (in fact requires it), so I trust it's great. What I wanted to call attention to is the company's IT practices, especially handling of personal data of online customers. When I created my account, their system truncated my password without any warning, and when I tried to retrieve it, they emailed my password to me in clear text (not a "reset" link). That means they store my password in clear text in their database too. This is a super bad practice that puts customers at risk in an event of being hacked. I'm very concerned about how they might be storing our credit card information! As an engineer, I urge this company to improve their data security ASAP, because right now they're at risk of being liable to all the customers when their system gets hacked and customer data is stolen and misused.

When she was a puppy. Truff enjoyed her pills. Now at 4 years, she eats them with a dab of peanut butter- somehow she got tired of the taste. Is it possible to have a varied flavor?

You can return this product which cost $181 for 4 bottles of dog vitamins. They will ONLY refund you 80% for restocking or waste removal. Shipping is $11.00 which should be included in their high prices. Mrs. Knox

Have ongoing issues with auto ship that makes no sense. Why in the world would you have a 90 day supply of vitamins auto-shipped every 60 days? I should not have to continually go to the site and change the ship date

The auto ship ordering system needs some updating. I’ve found it difficult to impossible to make changes, like decoupling products from an auto ship. I’ve ended up with way too much of one supplement and not enough of another. So I tried to separate them into two orders and couldn’t. Had to call and the service rep couldn’t either.
