I purchase the Nuvet vitamins- All 5 dogs had a reaction(itchy feet, swollen red eye lids, itchy butt) It happens. However, trying to get my money back was a different story. I emailed/ left vm to Chuck the sales rep and go nowhere I needed a code to ship it back according to 2 customer service and the policy . I spoke to his supervisor ext -285 and he agreed and would call me back asp in few minutes. I never got the call and disputed on my credit next day. I would NOT recommend buying this product in case it does not work.

I have an unusual situation. I have a "loaner" Bernese Mountain dog that is owned by Stick House Bernese in Rochester NH. They require that we give your NuVet products to Asha, the dog that we are helping to raise. Asha finally has a successful pregnancy and recently had 4 adorable puppies. As Asha had not previously been successful at getting pregnant, they insisted that she stay with them for the time she went into heat until the birth and then weaning when the puppies are 6 weeks old. Thus, I had lost tract of getting delivery of supplements every 6 months. I noticed 4 hours after the recent charge on my credit card that supplements were being shipped. I immediately phoned and ask that this order be cancelled. I have way too much on hand at the moment. I was told I could send the order back but that I would have to pay return shipping and loose 20% additional of the value. I am very disturbed tht this will occur. I would have expected that as a one time exception you would have intercepted the delivery or at least allow me to return the excess amount with no 20% penalty.

I’m on social security disability and You reach into my pocket without saying your going to, take money outta my bank without permission, you turn my bank account upside down because I only have money when I get it the second Wednesday of each month, and you think I’m going to stay loyal to you after this thievery, you’ve got some nerve! It’ll take me months to make it right with the bank. Your no better than any of the thousands of scammers out there preying on the disabled, your company SUCKS and I’ll tell everyone that will listen including my vet!!!!

These don’t work. My dog scratches all the time and sheds like crazy. The trainer recommended these to get the kickback from the company. By the time I got my dog back from the trainer, I couldn’t get my money back. These are terrible and they set you up on an auto renew. I cancelled but already had 4 bottles. I was trying anti itch shampoos and using a deshedding brush when all I had to do was stop giving these to my dog and put them in the garbage where they belong.

Did not receive package. Sent to wrong town.

I received 2 orders of my auto shipment in error. I wished to returned one unopened bottle. There was obviously some kind of glitch in when I changed my autoship date. Customer service wouldn't budge on waiving their policy of charging a 20% destruction fee. Too bad you would choose to lose a customer vs waiving a $10 charge. Poor customer service

The only complaint I have is that they don't send a reminder before shipping your orders. There are times when you don't need the products on the date you picked originally and end up having too much of the product. I would say they can't beat Chewy.com on that. Even though you sign up for auto-shipments, there should be a reminder prior to shipping and charging the card on file. By the time you see a pending charge on your credit card, it is too late to cancel the order. They WILL NOT cancel the order. They should change that practice. No one has time to sit and look at your subscriptions everyday.

I called because my auto ship came when I didn’t need vitamins. I called to cancel because I already had 2 bottles. I have been ordering vitamins from you for almost 4 years now. The representative wouldn’t refund my money. I’ll have to get my vitamins from another company now. I was NOT offered a refund. I was told the auto ship was placed and could not be refunded! All I wanted was a refund and opportunity to move my auto ship date back as I didn't need 3 bottles of vitamins all at once. He specifically said, there’s nothing I can do to refund your money because auto ships go out first thing in the morning. I cannot believe you want to keep arguing back and forth. I explained all I wanted when I called in and what I was told. That is why I was so disappointed after being a customer for so long. I was asked to give a review. I did. At this point, “Customer Service” would be to make it right by the customer, not argue back and forth.
