Don’t like that they do not send a reminder email that auto ship is happening so you can adjust the ship date or skip one. It feels like a ploy to just keep shipping the vitamins whether I need them or not. I just cancelled last week because I find their refusal to be upfront about the auto ship dates bad customer service. I am tired of trying to convince them it’s a sketchy way to do business.

Have been using NUVET vitamins since 2020. What I dislike about NUVET is they don't allow you to change your auto-ship more than 90 days without a call. They don't give you advance notice (as does Chewy and other pet providers) in advance of charging your credit card, and they do not let you cancel your auto-ship online. All bad business practices not aimed to support the consumer. Might be time to start looking elsewhere.

I’m really not much of a fan of NUVET right now. I am set up for automatic deliveries and will terminate that today. The reason is the last shipment arrived with the exterior box dusty, bent up and the interior had debris all over the plastic bottle. The tablets were chalk colored and brittle. I sent a photo and the representative essentially said that quality control was inconsistent. So I’m asking myself why a consumer would want that. No refund and no replacement despite the fact that I requested a replacement.

The 3 is for the fact that subscribers get charged for shipping and don’t even get a discount. My dog has been taking these vitamins since I brought him home from the breeder so I can’t say whether or not they make a difference. He’s a happy and healthy 2 year old schnauzer.

I find it difficult to delay or push off my deliveries. I have enough supplies now to last 9-12 months. I need my orders to stop until I reactivate. The product is great but I find no easy way on line to cancel the auto ship feature.

The product itself is great. My dogs are healthy happy with beautiful shiny coats. It's the lack of notice from the company you will be billed for the upcoming shipment. Almost all other companies send you a reminder notice. Getting a heads up would be nice.

The supplements are great. What we don’t like is that you do not remind the customer that their next autoship is coming up. Other companies do that and it is greatly appreciated to have aheads up that your autoship is coming up and to be able to have a choice to skip next shipment or change the date. 9/14/23 responding to your email regarding something about canceling?? I never said that we wanted to cancel so not sure what you are speaking about. Thanks

I tried to stop our automatic shipments because we were being double shipped. I asked to just shut it all down until we could use up the 4 containers that we had. Wouldn’t you know, I got an email the other day saying they had shipped another order! It would be nice to get an email BEFORE you ship in case a person needs to make an adjustment. What if a person’s dog dies? You’re stuck! Once again, I’m going to call to cancel, because this cannot be done online (another inconvenience) and I’m hoping you will fix this once and for all. UPDATE: 9/14/23 I just called and spoke to Shelly and she resolved my issue. She apologized for the error on their part and issued a credit as well. I will say that both times I have spoken to their customer service reps, I was pleased with the people I spoke to. This simply came down to follow through. I realize that things happen, but their system needs to be updated. I’ll give them 4 stars now.
