My 7 year old has been taking Nuvet vitamins since she was a puppy. She is healthy and loves them. My only wish (and one more star) is that I would have a warning when the next shipment is coming, not that it has already been shipped.

Great product. The subscription option is nice, but you can't cancel it without calling them. Also, the autoship happens without any communication until after it ships. Better communication would be nice.

I have 2 small dogs, both rescues and another that I am fostering. One of them came with a small bottle of Nu-Vet vits. After reading the ingredients, I decided to continue giving them. My 6 yr old Maltipoo won't eat them, but the other 2 will. Hoping that the vits are helping with their health.

My breeder required that I give this vitamin to my new Coton de Tulear puppy for 2 years and I have just completed the 2 years. The dog will not eat the vitamin unless I split it in half and cover each half with a piece of cheese. I'm concerned about doing that because cheese is not recommended for dogs. I called the company and a very nice service representative told me about a powder version of it, so I have now ordered that instead. Hopefully that will work better for my dog.

I breed Golden Retrievers and decided to try NuVet for an 18 month old female I had adopted that wasn’t eating well and had been fed very low quality food all her life. I used the powder first to try and stimulate her appetite and get her to eat. Honestly it didn’t, however my older Golden would go eat her food and I noticed a couple weeks later that her tail, hind feathers and coat were full again. They hadn’t been in about a year! I couldn’t figure it out at first and then I remembered that she had been eating the food with the NuVet powder when the other girl would walk away! After that I was convinced and started all my breeding females on it and my puppies when they begin eating mush as well!!
