Be forewarned - the company does not send courtesy email notification on the autoship program. You don't have time to make changes or be reminded that you are enrolled unless you set up a calendar notification for yourself. You need to contact them to get an autoship cancelled, you can not do it yourself online. This was done promptly. Based on their response below and a perusal of the 1 star reviews, they do not care about customer service. This is a policy issue that they are unwilling to address. Edit - I have updated the # of stars as they responded timely and politely to my 1 star review. They are not willing to address their policy, but they offered a work around and a partial refund. Apparently they do care about 1 star reviews.

I have used nuvet vitamins for my dogs and they love the taste and I feel they are a wonderful source of nutrients for them. I will continue to use them for my pets. With that being said, I was asked by Nuvet to provide my puppy adoption clients with information about the vitamins, however Nuvet wants me to provide the samples. So I pay for their advertising. I was told I get commission? I truly do not care about commission for vitamins. I do want to let my clients know about health and nutrition but I cannot give out samples for Nuvet. If I am advertising for their business this should be something that they provide to potential new clients. The vitamins are a wafer and my dogs really like them. The product is good from what I can tell. I’m just not going to buy vitamins to advertise for Nuvet. This system is unfavorable for my small business unfortunately.

The prerecorded message is very hard to understand. I'm not sure if it's the person just speaking so fast or maybe language. I can't understand it so I can't really say. I called on 1-5-26 to order New Puppy samples, I called back on 1-19-26 to order our NuVet supplements to find the samples wasn't shipped. The invoice shows shipping on my order. I have a feeling They would not have shipped if I had not place an order and mentioned. I used to work with Justin. Justin was the face of NuVet for us, courteous, never failed to ship exactly what we discussed and when we discussed. I don't know what changed but you need more Justins!

The product is good quality. We have had a subscription for nearly 5 years. My issue is with their inability to honor my request to change the frequency of delivery. I have tried several times and they are nice, tell me to give away the extra delivery and refunded. Then we received another delivery, too soon, again.

Pill is difficult to cut or break into pieces for small dog

I can not tell if the vitamins help or not. I know my breeder highly recommended. My Biggest Complaint is logging into the system. It constantly does not recognize the password. This is frustrating to point I am about to cancel my auto ship!!!

While Nuvet products are outstanding, the autoship process continues to be terrible. There is no reminder email before autoship orders are automatically placed (like Chewy and all other sites offering autoship). I have repeatedly asked for this to be corrected, but Nuvet only offers excuses for their technology. Sad!
