My credit card had been compromised and I had forgotten to upload a new one. The company contacted me right away so I could input a new card to complete my purchase. They make it so easy to order a year at a time so I have the vitamins for my dog for the whole year and I don't have to keep reordering. They communicate with emails and text messages.

Great and friendly customer service people The NuVet supplement were what our 15 yr. old Boykin Spaniel was given every day that we had him. He looked at them as treats and only refused them if he was not feeling good. That was the one thing that always tipped us off on him feeling under the weather.

Customer service has always been polite and responsive. We believe the vitamins have contributed significantly to our dogs' health.

First thing is , we were informed about this company from the "German Shepherd Man Charles Miller " with all Fantastic information So we had too put our Beautiful Young German Shepherd Cami on Both Nuvet Labs Vitamins and Joint Supplements just Fantastic Products !! Been about 2 year's now and they have been Awesome for our Dog , we Love these products and would recommend that everyone takes advantage of helping their animals grow big,strong and safe !! When I picked up my mini dachshund, the amazing breeder had already started him on NuVet Plus Vitamins. I have continued giving my little ween a vitamin every day - he's now 3 years old! He gets compliments all the time on how shiny his coat is. We also take a 2 mile walky-walk daily, and he is always ready to go as soon as he sees me put my ear-buds in!
