I have been a customer since 2013 and when we decided to move out of state I called to cancel the shipment. Two weeks later I noticed I was charged and called and had the misfortune to get Amelia. She said previously my account was put on hold but that agent did not stop the shipment and she would refund my money with a 10% fee. I told her I did nothing wrong and should not be charged a penalty fee especially since I have been such a long time client and she spoke with a male supervisor and told me there was nothing she could do. She is very rude would not let me speak and interrupted me and spoke louder so she could dominate and I finally got frustrated and hung up. I never received a shipment or a refund so very unhappy to be treated so poorly. 7/5/22 I received a call from a manager and he resolved the issue satisfactorily and my trust in this company has been restored.

Very nice shampoo! Love vitamins for dogs . And they so fast for delivery.

Took the medication 2 weeks to get to me and with the heat it was spoiled. I had to throw it away

Great product. They keep my big boy nice and healthy and he gobbles it right up. It isn't the easiest thing to change the autoship settings however.
