I'm a 51 yrs old male, I purchased Beet natural pre workout. It does exactly what it say it does!.. i haven't trained this hard since I was in my 20s.. I recently purchased BCAA (lemonade) and absolutely loving it! my soreness and recovery time are greatly reduced, and the favor is awesome. I'm hook!!!
